Kato had helped me with my phone situation and also helped me with a purchase of a new tablet. Very respectful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Cellular Magician to any friends and family.

My husband smashed his new phone. We got the screen repaired and a new protector in less than 48 hours. Great value for the price. We thought his Charing port needed to be changed, but it wasn't broken it was just filthy (my husband is in the trades and has his phone in his pocket all day). Instead of taking me for a ride and replacing something that didn't need doing, they painstaking cleaned the charging port and saved me over 100$! I'll never go to another repair shop.

First I like to thank Kato at the Woodstock store as he was so pleasant and knowledgeable and told me that he'd have to ship it to the London store so it will take a couple of days was very impressed as it came back saying that they were able to fix my phone, this is one happy lady you all are awesome

I got my cellphone through Telus and I got a cracked screen so I took it it to see what it would cost me to fix they told me about a grand almost. Needless to say I didn't get it done through them. I went downtown Woodstock to cellular magician and the guy who fixed my phone was so nice and new what he was doing and it cost me half the price Telus quoted me. I'd highly recommend going to this place downtown Woodstock to get your phone fixed. Satisfied customer. Definitely a five star

Took my sons cell phone in for a screen replacement as they offered the best price I could find in town. Had a small issue within the warranty period and was taken care of quickly and for free. I highly recommend Cellular Magician:)

Pretty good customer service for the most part, my only gripe was I had dropped my PS4 off for a disk drive repair and was quoted a week-week and a half and 150$ repair (if they could fix it). 2 weeks later I had not heard from anyone so I called and was told they were having trouble finding parts. The next day I received a call saying it was done and they didn't actually need any parts. They did discount the price because of the wait and because they did not need parts, which makes sense. I only wish that they would call their clients and let them know what is going on. Overall was very happy with the person I spoke to on the phone, and they even cleaned the laser in my disk drive for me!
