I read some of the prior reviews and allowed that to sway my decision to go elsewhere..... well that did not work. So on 4th of July weekend I called can you fix my phone? YES! Do you have the parts? YES! If you bring it to us now you can have by 6 o'clock. They missed their quoted time within an hour, there was issue they took it apart again on the spot and resolved all issues prior to me walking out of the store..... PROFESSIONAL ---.with a new SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Anyone who needs their phones fixed in 10465/61 "IZZY'S PHONE REPAIR" the only place to go.

I took my daughters labtop there to be cleaned. Dropped it off Friday and they told me to come back the next day. The next day it wasnt ready which wasnt a big deal but they basically said they forgot all about it...ok fine. Went back 2 days later there where additional keys were broken and they stained half the keys white with a hot gun. I was able to get a refund but I would not recommend this place. He even accused me of braking the keys myself.

Horrible costumer service , I'll never go there again. They overcharged me for fixing my iPhone , they are slow. They don't care about deadlines or wasting your time. They have no manners. I'll never go back . I don't recommend anyone going here. They didn't even fix my phone the right way. 2 days after I picked it up it broke again and when I called them they said that I have to pay again to fix it. !!!!!!!!! I took it to Best Buy and they told me they had stolen all my original parts and put fake ones .

They advertise that they close at 8 PM got there at 7:30 PM and the guy told me they were closed. It makes absolutely no sense when you still had a customer with him. I'm a loyal customer. Been to them three times. Travel all the way from 22nd St. on the east side of Manhattan to the Bronx and that's the response I get from their employees.

This place is very expensive and overcharge. You can buy phone screens on online for less. They don't give good deals, and other places are way cheaper! The only reason I went here is because I live close by and wanted to get my phone repaired quick other than that. They are very fast and the service is decent. Phone is looking good now!

This place is RIP OFF!!! They over charge you to fix a screen on your phone and then got me PERMANENTLY LOCKED OUT OF MY PHONE trying to get inside of it with the wrong password something they HAD NO BUSINESS Doing! And to cover his tracks the guy tells me when I return for my phone that he used HIS BATTERY to fix it because my is Soooo dead. Probably stole my battery too and I did not give him permission to do all of that to my iPhone!

I WENT THERE TO GET MY PHONE FIXED AND SWITCHED TO ANOTHER MOBILE CARRIER. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND INCREDIBLY SMART. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT WAS A VERY NICE AND FUN EXPERIENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. THANKS GUYS
